My greatest passion comes from helping people discover their inherent worth, new confidence, and inner strength. To find relief, new hope and life joy. My goal is to always help guide individuals, couples and families to find a sense of peace, stability, connection, and love.I bring 25+ years of counselling experience to support humans in all stages of life. This would include children, youth, adults, couples and families. I am equipped to support individuals facing various complex and diverse challenges. I provide a safe and supportive space where one can express their vulnerabilities, fears, and conflicts, without judgement. My fundamental values are authentic engagement, confidentiality, validation, support, and growth. I believe all people deserve respect. I believe in the inherent goodness in humans. I believe in hope and that change is always possible. I’d love the chance to meet you and support you on your journey.
